3. Project Delivery:Qbit Technologies will make every effort to deliver the project within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, we cannot guarantee delivery within the specified deadline due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen technical issues or changes in project scope.

4. Communication: We will communicate with you via email or phone to discuss project requirements and provide updates on the project's progress. We expect you to respond to our communications promptly to ensure timely delivery of the project.

5. Copyright: Qbit Technologies retains the copyright for all designs and software created by us for your project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not resell, reproduce or use any of our designs or software without our written permission.

6. Liability: Qbit Technologies is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee the success of any project or campaign and cannot be held responsible for any loss of revenue or profits.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. If the project is terminated, you will be invoiced for the work completed up to that point.

8. Confidentiality: Qbit Technologies will keep all information related to your project confidential and will not share it with third parties without your written permission.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Andhra Pradesh and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
